Tracey Mosley II is the owner of Mosley Homes LLC. He is a Florida State Certified General Contractor and Home Inspector. Tracey built his first home in Bonita Springs Florida in 1988 and has continued to build, and remodel both residential and commercial properties in SW Florida since. Construction projects seemed to naturally provide a path and a need for property inspections, so in 2006 Mosley Homes LLC became very active in providing Home Inspections, Wind Mitigations, 4 Point Inspections, and Roof Condition Reports and continues those services focused on providing meaning and useful reporting for clients. Tracey grew up SW Florida and has worked here since 1982. He knows how homes are built locally and provides years of experience to every project.
